Hurricane Dolly South Padre Island, Tx Part 2
Monday ~ A little further north of Public Beach Access #6, the northern most access on South Padre Island washed out and inaccessible. I am walking on the dunes. Hurricane Dolly was still just a category 1 and several miles off shore at this time.
